After graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2012, Dr. Smith electively completed three additional years of training to expand his dental knowledge significantly. Dr. Smith completed his first-year General Practice Residency at Truman-Lakewood Medical Center (now University Health) in Kansas City, MO. Thereafter, he pursued a second-year (chief resident) General Practice Residency at West Los Angeles VA Healthcare Center in Los Angeles, CA. Finally, he completed a one-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Internship at Georgia Regents University, Dental College of Georgia (now Augusta University) in Augusta, GA. Before establishing Exo Dental in 2022, Dr. Smith worked for several practices primarily focused on crafting affordable dentures. With advanced training and more than a decade of broad clinical experience, Dr. Smith is skilled in the art and science of implantology, full-mouth reconstruction, and treating the most medically and dentally complex patients.

Originally hailing from Washington State, Dr. McDonald graduated from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA, in 2020. He then pursued an internship at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department. During this internship, he gained extensive skills in managing the complex needs of medically challenged patients. Before joining Exo Dental, Dr. McDonald applied his expertise in general dentistry at various clinics in Northwest Arkansas, including providing care to inmates at the Benton County Jail.

From his humble beginnings in Nairobi, Kenya, Dr. Lugalia has built a career dedicated to excellence in dentistry. His commitment to his craft led to earning his dental degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2020. To further refine his surgical expertise, Dr. Lugalia pursued numerous advanced dental surgery courses and completed extensive implant education, perfecting his skills in providing life-changing treatments with the highest clinical skills. Dr. Lugalia is a proud member of the Kansas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and various other dental organizations. He is dedicated to staying at the forefront of advancements, ensuring every patient receives exceptional and individualized dental care. He believes that being a dentist provides opportunities beyond oral health that positively influence individuals and the community.

Dr. Driver brings years of experience to EXO Dental and is passionate about dentistry. After graduating from Drury University in Springfield, MO, he received his dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry (UMKC). During dental school, he joined the U.S. Navy and started active duty in a hospital-based general practice residency where he was exposed to all aspects of dental surgery. After serving four years as a general dentist in Virginia and Okinawa, he returned to UMKC for three years of additional training in periodontics and implant surgery. Dr. Driver then successfully passed the arduous process of attaining board certification from the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Driver currently serves as a lieutenant colonel and state dental officer in the Arkansas Army National Guard. He also teaches part-time at the Veterans Affairs Dental Clinic in Fayetteville.

Dr. Fisher earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Arkansas State University in 1993. His passion for dentistry led him to Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, where he earned his dental degree in 2003. As an active member of the Arkansas State Dental Association and the American Dental Association, Dr. Fisher is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of dental care. He has been a proud resident of Northwest Arkansas since 2003 and continues to serve his community through compassionate and expert dental care.
