FULL DENTURES

At Exo Dental, we offer a variety of modern denture services in Rogers

When it comes to complete tooth replacement options, full dentures are a great solution. Dentures are efficient and completely restore all of the teeth in your arch, making them ideal for anyone experiencing complete tooth loss. Our NWA custom dentures provide both functional and aesthetic benefits, allowing you to eat, speak, and smile with confidence. At Exo Dental, we offer a variety of denture designs to meet your unique needs, including advanced digitally printed prosthetics.

Conventional Dentures

Traditional “plate” dentures are removable prosthetic devices that are designed to replace all of your teeth in your jaw at one time. They consist of a pink-colored acrylic base that sits on your gums and supports the artificial teeth. They are custom-made to fit your mouth and facial profile.

Digital Dentures

Digital dentures use newer technology that utilizes computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) to create highly accurate and precise dentures. The process begins with a virtual digital scan of your mouth, which we use to create a virtual model of your oral anatomy. From there, we virtually design the look and fit of your full denture. This digital model is then used to mill a set of dentures in our on-site lab. Since your file is digital, we can also securely transfer it to specialty labs when needed. Why does that matter? Because Digital dentures offer several advantages over conventional dentures, including a more precise fit, faster turnaround time, and the ability to easily make adjustments during the fabrication process.

3D Printed Dentures

Similar to digital dentures, 3D printed dentures are also created using virtual imaging technology. However, instead of milling the dentures, they are 3D printed layer by layer. This allows for a high degree of customization and precision, as well as the ability to create complex designs and shapes that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with conventional methods.

Milled Dentures

What are milled dentures, you ask? These “plates” are created using a milling machine that carves the denture from a block of denture material. They offer a precise fit and excellent durability, making them a popular option for many patients who need a quick turnaround.

Duplicate Dentures

Have you ever worried about losing your denture? Do you have an older prosthesis that may need to be updated at some point in the future? Duplicate dentures are a backup pair of dentures that are created from a mold of your existing dentures. They can be used as temporary dentures while your permanent dentures are being made or as a backup pair in case your regular dentures are lost or damaged. Duplicate dentures are a great way to ensure that you always have a functional set of teeth no matter what life throws your way.

Snap-on Dentures

Overdentures or “snap-on” dentures involve placing 2-4 implants and attaching a removable denture on top of them, via special locators. The overdenture snaps onto the implants, providing a more stable and secure solution than traditional dentures. This treatment is a great option for patients who want the benefits of implants but may not prefer a fixed prosthesis for various reasons.
