Through his continual pursuit of clinical excellence, Dr. Jacob Smith has strived to provide the highest degree of care to his patients for over a decade.
His advanced training and broad clinical experience have allowed him to successfully treat even the most medically and dentally complex patients. With Dr. Smith, there is not a one treatment-fits-all approach to dentistry, and so he brings an open mind to every case, listening closely to each individual patient’s concerns and requests prior to implementing a plan.
His academic and clinical achievements are attributed to his eagerness to learn, as he electively completed three additional years of post-graduate training. After graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2012, he completed his first-year General Practice Residency at Truman Medical Center- Lakewood Hospital in Kansas City, MO. He followed this training with a second-year (chief resident) General Practice Residency at West Los Angeles VA Healthcare Center in Los Angeles, CA. Finally, he completed a one-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Internship at Georgia Regents University in Augusta, GA.
Dr. Matthew McDonald is dedicated to delivering clinical excellence, kindness, and joy to patients of diverse ages and backgrounds. He graduated in 2020 from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. He further honed his skills as a non-categorical Intern at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio, with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department to adeptly manage the complex needs of medically challenging patients.
Subsequently, Dr. McDonald has applied his expertise in general dentistry at various clinics in Northwest Arkansas, extending his care even to inmates at Benton County Jail. Originally hailing from Washington State, he is a passionate outdoor enthusiast, engaging in activities such as scuba diving, fishing, crabbing, gardening, hiking, and mountain biking.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. McDonald finds fulfillment in spending quality time with his wife, immediate family, and active involvement in his local church. He harbors a deep interest in conversations centered around the Bible and apologetics.

Dr. Driver brings years of experience to EXO Dental and is passionate about dentistry. After graduating from Drury University in Springfield, MO, he received his dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry (UMKC). During dental school, he joined the U.S. Navy and started active duty in a hospital-based general practice residency where he was exposed to all aspects of dental surgery.
After serving four years as a general dentist in Virginia and Okinawa, he returned to UMKC for three years of additional training in periodontics and implant surgery. Dr. Driver then successfully passed the arduous process of attaining board certification from the American Board of Periodontology.
Dr. Driver currently serves as a lieutenant colonel and state dental officer in the Arkansas Army National Guard. He also teaches part-time at the Veterans Affairs Dental Clinic in Fayetteville.
Dr. Darren Fisher is a dedicated dental professional with over a decade of experience specializing in dentures and extractions. A proud graduate of Jonesboro High School (Class of 1988), he went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Arkansas State University in 1993. His passion for dentistry led him to Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2003.
Dr. Fisher is an active member of both the Arkansas State and the American Dental Associations, staying committed to the highest standards of dental care. Since 2003, he has been a proud resident of Northwest Arkansas, where he continues to serve his community with compassionate and expert dental care.
Beyond his professional life, Dr. Fisher has been happily married to his high school sweetheart for 20 years. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and embracing all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

Dr. Lugalia comes from the humble beginnings of Nairobi, Kenya, and has built a career dedicated to excellence in dentistry. Dr. Lugalia’s upbringing has taught him that it’s always better to give than to receive. He believes that being in a position as a dentist brings many opportunities to have a lifelong influence on individuals and the community. This unwavering commitment to his craft led him to earn a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2020. To further refine his surgical expertise, Dr. Lugalia pursued numerous advanced dental surgery courses and completed extensive implant education, perfecting his skills to provide life-changing treatments at the highest level of care.
Believing that dentistry is more than just restoring smiles, Dr. Lugalia views it as both an honor and a responsibility to serve and enhance the lives of his patients by educating, transform, as well as prioritizing their overall well-being.
